Declares that, by having failed:
the French Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations pursuant to Article 5(1) and (2) of, and Annex II to, Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment; |
2. |
Dismisses the remainder of the action; |
3. |
Orders the French Republic to pay the costs. |
