    Since the Committee endorses the contents of the proposal and has already set out its views on the Proposal for a regulation establishing the InvestEU programme (1), adopted on 17 October 2018 and on its revision (2), adopted on 15 July 2020, it decided, at its 556th plenary session of 2 and 3 December 2020 (meeting of 2 December 2020), by 207 votes to 1 with 8 abstentions, to issue an opinion endorsing the proposed text and to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned document.
