    The applicants claim that the Court should:

    —

    annul Article 3 ea, paragraph 3, point (a) of Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1745 of 24 June 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (1)(hereafter ‘the contested regulation’), and annul Article 4ha, paragraph 3, point (a) of Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1744 of 24 June 2024 amending Decision 2014/512/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (2), (hereafter ‘the contested decision’), in so far as it concerns the addition of replicas of historical ships to the existing articles of the contested acts.

    Pleas in law and main arguments

    In support of the action, the applicants rely on seven pleas in law.

    1.

    First plea in law, alleging infringement of an essential procedural requirement to state reasons.

    2.

    Second plea in law, alleging manifest error of assessment and a lack of a solid factual basis.

    3.

    Third plea in law, alleging illegality.

    4.

    Fourth plea in law, alleging infringement of ownership rights and infringement of the reputation of claimant.

    5.

    Fifth plea in law, alleging infringement of the principle of proportionality.

    6.

    Sixth plea in law, alleging infringement of freedom to conduct a business.

    7.

    Seventh plea in law, alleging infringement of the right to good administration and infringement of the right of effective remedy and to a fair trial.
