Non-opposition to a notified concentration

On 22 March 2012, the Commission decided not to oppose the above notified concentration and to declare it compatible with the common market. This decision is based on Article 6(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004. Materials used for the manufacture of pressure equipment conforming with EAMs are presumed to conform to the applicable essential requirements of Annex I of Directive 97/23/EC.
