    ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

    in Case T-171/05 R: Bart Nijs v Court of Auditors of the European Communities

    In Case T-171/05 R: Bart Nijs, official of the Court of Auditors of the European Communities, residing in Bereldange (Luxembourg), represented by F. Rollinger, lawyer, with an address for service in Luxembourg, against the Court of Auditors of the European Communities (Agents: T. Kennedy, J.-M. Stenier and G. Corstens, with an address for service in Luxembourg): application to suspend the operation of the Court of Auditors' decision of 2 December 2004 to promote an official other than the applicant to the post of principal translator at grade LA5 in the Dutch Section of the Translation Service of the General Secretariat of the Court of Auditors — the President of the Court of First Instance made an order on 22 June 2005, the operative part of which is as follows:

    1.

    The application for interim measures is dismissed.

    2.

    The costs are reserved.
