By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment, first, of the decision of the Commission of 4 August 2022 rejecting her request for transfer of her pension rights acquired before her entry into the service of the European Union (‘the contested decision’) under Article 11(2) and (3) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and, second, of the decision of 13 February 2023 rejecting her complaint against the contested decision.
