Re:

By their action pursuant to Article 270 TFEU, the applicants seek annulment of the decisions of 5 May 2022, by which the selection board of the open competition EPSO/AD/380/19 decided not to include their names on the reserve list for the recruitment of administrators in grade AD 7 in the field of international cooperation and management of aid to non-EU countries.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.

Dismisses the action;

2.

Orders UJ and the other applicants whose names appear in the annex and the European Commission each to bear their own costs.
