    Re:

    By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of (i) the decision of 12 December 2019 by which the appointing authority refused his request for assistance D/456/19, (ii) the decision of 21 October 2019 to remove him from post, (iii) 11 decisions regarding his unjustified absences and the decision rejecting complaint R/519/19, and (iv) the letter of 21 September 2016 regarding the amount he owed as a result of his unauthorised absences and the decision rejecting complaint R/537/19 and, second, compensation for the damage purportedly suffered as a result of those decisions.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Dismisses the action;

    2.

    Declares that each party is to bear its own costs.
