    Action for damages seeking compensation for the harm which the applicants claim to have suffered as a result of the wrongful conduct of the Commission while monitoring the fulfilment of accession commitments by the Republic of Croatia.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Dismisses the action;

    2.

    Orders Vedran Vidmar and Darko Graf and the other applicants whose names appear in the annex to this judgment to pay the costs.
