Action for annulment of the classification of the applicant at grade 8 of function group III.

Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.

Annuls the decision of the European Commission by which Ms Fares was classified at grade 8 of function group III for contractual agents, in so far as that decision follows from Ms Fares’ contract of employment as a member of the contract staff of 28 March 2008;

2.

Orders the Commission to pay all of the costs.
