    Annulment of the Commission’s decision not to place the applicant on the reserve list in Competition AD/26/05 because of the insufficiency of his oral test.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Tribunal:

    1.

    Annuls the Commission’s decision of 10 May 2007 not to place Mr Brune on the reserve list in Competition EPSO/AD/26/05;

    2.

    Orders the European Commission to pay all the costs.
