    Application: brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA, in which Ms Antas seeks annulment of the Council’s decision of 9 September 2005 rejecting her claim for compensation, an order for the Council to compensate her for the loss she allegedly suffered as a result of her late affiliation to the Belgian social security scheme and other wrongful acts of the institution, and a request for the parties to agree quickly on the amount of compensation due.

    Held: Case F‑92/06 Antas v Council is removed from the register of the Tribunal. The decision as to costs is as agreed between the parties.
