You are hereby notified that, in accordance with Article 234(2) of the Companies Law Cap. 113, the Liquidator of the Company convenes a General Meeting of the Company's Creditors, which shall take place at the European University Cyprus, Cultural Center, 6 Diogenous Street, 2404 Engomi, Nicosia, on Tuesday, 9th July, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
Agenda of the General Meeting:
Briefing of the creditors of the Company regarding the progress of the liquidation and the actions taken by the Liquidator from the date of his appointment up until the date of the General Meeting.
Creditors who wish to appoint a representative (‘proxy’) to attend on their behalf, should complete and deliver to the Liquidator's offices at 85 Limassol Avenue, 2121 Aglantzia, Nicosia, Cyprus, or to P.O. Box 55299, 3820 Limassol, a relevant proxy not later than 12:00p.m. of Friday, 5th July, 2024. The proxy can be found on the liquidation portal https://www.ips-docs.com/case/22WUC009CYP/Gn8@pXmv.
