Withdrawal of notification of a concentration

(Case M.10860 – ADVENT / GFK)

On 20 March 2023, the European Commission received notification (1) of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (2) (‘Merger Regulation’).

On 20 April 2023, the notifying party informed the Commission that it withdrew its notification.
