Announcement regarding the proof of debt by creditors of the Company

Pursuant to the decision of the District Court of Nicosia issued on 31 May 2022 in relation to application no. 1/2021 filed by the Central Bank of Cyprus under the provisions of article 33B of the Business of Credit Institutions Law, 66(Ι)/97, as amended to date, the Court has issued orders for the liquidation of the Company and my appointment as Liquidator.

Pursuant to the Order of the District Court of Nicosia dated 17 June 2022, an extension of the period in which creditors can prove their debts or claims has been granted up to and including 16 October 2022, as well as an extension of the period for the examination of the proof of debt of each creditor by the Liquidator,to 150 days from the date of submission of each proof of debt.

Furthermore, pursuant to the Order of the District Court of Nicosia dated 1 July 2022, the proof of debt process shall be carried out electronically. All creditors who have a claim against the Company and wish to submit their claim electronically, are requested to visit the following website https://registration.appadvisory.eu/register and follow the instructions for the submission of their details in order to receive unique login details for the liquidation’s Creditor Portal.
