POLAND
Amendment to the information provided by Poland and published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 18 of 24 January 2008
In accordance with Article 288 of the Aliens Act, during their stay in Poland aliens are required to hold a valid travel document and, if required, documents authorising them to stay or reside there. In accordance with Article 294 of the Aliens Act, aliens are required to present these documents during controls.
