Modification by Italy of the public service obligation in respect of the scheduled air service between Pantelleria-Trapani

In accordance with Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes, the Italian Government has decided to modify the public service obligation in respect of the scheduled air services between Pantelleria-Trapani, published in Official Journal of the European Union C 112 of 12 May 2006, and amended in Official Journal of the European Union C 141 of 26 June 2007.
In accordance with point 2.4(b) and (c) of the public service obligation, the fares are revised as follows:
