Extension of the rules governing producer organisations in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector

(Communication pursuant to Article 18(5) of Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96)

In accordance with Article 18(5) of Regulation (EC) No 2200/96, France has notified the Commission of rules governing producer organisations in the fresh fruit and vegetables sector which it has made binding for marketing years 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 on all producers in economic areas approved by the Commission under Article 18(7). These are rules laid down by the regional Comités économiques agricoles (producer organisations) for the economic areas approved by the Commission by its Decision of 28 January 1999, the list of which was published in OJ C 359, 11.12.1999, p. 32.

EXTENSION OF THE RULES

France — Fresh fruit and vegetables — Marketing years 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007

The rules below were extended for 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 by ministerial orders of 29 March 2005. This summary is based on the French notification dated 23 October 2006.
