Form of aid and intensity: For each vessel there will be a ceiling for obtaining compensation: the total landings of salmon (in kg) in 2003 + 30 %. When an individual vessel reaches the ceiling, generally, no compensation can be obtained for further landings of large salmon
Period of assistance: The scheme is a temporary measure to remedy losses in the period of 16 September 2004 to 15 March 2005
