The Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement with Armenia, to take account of the accession of 10 new Member States to the European Union, which the Council and the Commission decided to conclude on 21 February 2005 (1), entered into force on 1 March 2005, the last notification of the completion of procedures under Article 5.2 of the Protocol being received on 21 February 2005.
