DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 126/2006
of 22 September 2006
amending Annex XXI (Statistics) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Annex XXI to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 97/2006 of 7 July 2006 (1). |

(2) |
Commission Regulation (EC) No 198/2006 of 3 February 2006 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1552/2005 of the European Parliament and the Council on statistics relating to vocational training in enterprises (2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement. |

(3) |
Commission Regulation (EC) No 315/2006 of 22 February 2006 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1177/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning Community statistics on income and living conditions (EU-SILC) as regards the list of target secondary variables relating to housing conditions (3) is to be incorporated into the Agreement, |
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The following points shall be inserted after point 18q (Regulation (EC) No 1552/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council) of Annex XXI to the Agreement:
| ‘18r. 32006 R 0198: Commission Regulation (EC) No 198/2006 of 3 February 2006 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1552/2005 of the European Parliament and the Council on statistics relating to vocational training in enterprises (OJ L 32, 4.2.2006, p. 15). |
| 18s. 32006 R 0315: Commission Regulation (EC) No 315/2006 of 22 February 2006 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1177/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning Community statistics on income and living conditions (EU-SILC) as regards the list of target secondary variables relating to housing conditions (OJ L 52, 23.2.2006, p. 16).’ |
Article 2
The texts of Regulations (EC) No 198/2006 and (EC) No 315/2006 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 23 September 2006, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the Agreement have been made to the EEA Joint Committee (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
