    Re:

    By their action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek annulment of the decision of the European Parliament bearing reference A(2021)10718C of 8 April 2022 (‘the contested decision’) refusing them access to Parliament documents containing information relating to the allowances obtained by Mr Ioannis Lagos and his parliamentary assistants.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of the European Parliament bearing reference A(2021)10718C of 8 April 2022, in so far as it refuses to grant Ms Luisa Izuzquiza, Mr Arne Semsrott and Mr Stefan Wehrmeyer access, on the one hand, to the documents relating to reimbursements of travel expenses and subsistence allowances paid by the Parliament to Mr Ioannis Lagos and containing personal data concerning him and, on the other hand, to the documents relating to reimbursements of travel expenses paid to Mr Lagos’ parliamentary assistants by the Parliament and containing personal data concerning those assistants;

    2.

    Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

    3.

    Orders the Parliament to pay the costs.
