    The Court:

    Sets aside the order of the General Court of the European Union of 16 June 2022, bonnanwalt v EUIPO – Bayerischer Rundfunk and Others (tagesschau) (T‑83/20, EU:T:2022:369);

    2. 

    Refers Case T‑83/20 back to the General Court of the European Union;

    3. 

    Reserves the costs.
