Summary

Since the purpose of the measures of organisation of procedure envisaged in Article 64 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance is to ensure, as provided in that article, that cases are prepared for hearing, procedures carried out and disputes resolved under the best possible conditions, the application of such measures is not, in itself, capable of precluding an order from being adopted under Article 111 of those rules.
