- Initiative summary:
- The draft Delegated Regulation provides technical specifications of the key elements of risk management set out in Annex II of Regulation 2020/741 on minimum requirements for water reuse. The technical specifications will help the parties involved in a water reuse projects – including competent authorities, reclamation plant operators, storage and distribution operators, and end users – to prepare a robust risk management plan to safely reuse treated waste water in agriculture.
