Since the Committee endorses the content of the proposal and has already set out its views on the subject in its earlier opinions CES 1166/1987 (1), CESE 1157/2006 (2) and CESE 6789/2015 (3), it decided, at its 552nd plenary session of 10 and 11 June 2020 (meeting of 10 June), by 210 votes with 4 abstentions, to issue an opinion endorsing the proposed text and to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned documents.
