ASSENT No 16/85 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 56 (2) (a) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable the Commission to grant the following conversion loan DM 20 million (± 8,93 million ECU) to the Westdeutsche Genossenschafts-Zentralbank, Münster (Germany) (85/C 75/10)

The Council gave this assent at its 992nd meeting on 11 and 12 March 1985.
