    On page 31, Annex II, point 4.1.2:

    for:

    ‘It is not possible to prevent all risk of cable derailment; measures shall be taken to ensure that (…).’,

    read:

    ‘If it is not possible to prevent all risk of cable derailment, measures shall be taken to ensure that (…).’.
