On page 41, Annex VII, Chapter V, in Point A 2:
for :
‘Milk or treated or processed milk products must be subjected to a heat treatment of at least 2 oC for at least 15 seconds …’;
read:
‘Milk or treated or processed milk products must be subjected to a heat treatment of at least 72 oC for at least 15 seconds ...’.
