    Article 1

    The European List of ship recycling facilities pursuant to Article 16(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2013 shall be established as set out in the Annex to this Decision.

    Article 2

    This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

    The facility has two slips with ramps for final vessel recycling (East Slip and West Slip). Ships flying a flag of EU Member States shall be recycled exclusively on the East Slip ramp.
