    Appeal: against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (First Chamber) of 16 April 2008 in Case T‑486/04 Michail v Commission by which that court dismissed the appellant’s action for annulment of the Commission’s implied rejection of 20 March 2004 of the appellant’s application for assistance under Article 24 of the Staff Regulations. Infringement of Article 12 of the Staff Regulations. Psychological harassment. Distortion of the facts. Errors in the legal classification of the facts

    Held:  The appeal is dismissed. Mr Michail is ordered to pay the costs.
