Imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People’s Republic of China are subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1238/2013 (1) and a definitive countervailing duty imposed by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1239/2013 (2).
Years Solar Co. Ltd, TARIC (the integrated Tariff of the European Union) additional code B898, a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty rate of 41,3 %, following Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1238/2013 and to an individual countervailing duty rate of 6,4 % following Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1239/2013, informed the Commission that it had changed its name into LERRI Solar Technology (Zhejiang) Co. Ltd.
The company asked the Commission to confirm that the change of name does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rates applied to the company under its previous name of Years Solar Co. Ltd.
The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Implementing Regulations (EU) No 1238/2013 and (EU) No 1239/2013.
Therefore, the reference in Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1238/2013 and the reference in Annex 1 to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1239/2013 to:
