Amendment by France of public service obligations for scheduled air services between the French mainland and Corsica

1. France has decided to amend the public service obligations imposed on a number of scheduled air services between the French mainland and Corsica, details of which were published on page 3 of the Official Journal of the European Communities C 227 of 10 August 1999, page 4 of the Official Journal C 9 of 13 January 2000, and page 5 of the Official Journal C 183 of 30 June 2000, pursuant to Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes.

2. The public service obligations in question are amended as follows:

- on scheduled flights between Ajaccio, Bastia, Calvi or Figari and Paris (Orly):

- the maximum full-rate single Y fare is raised from FRF 900 to 930, and the maximum fare for certain categories of passengers is raised from FRF 600 to 620,

- on scheduled flights between Ajaccio, Bastia, Calvi or Figari, and Marseilles or Nice, as well as on scheduled flights between Ajaccio or Bastia, and Montpellier:

- the maximum fares for certain categories of passengers are raised by FRF 20.
