    On page 32, in Article 1(4), new Article 3c(1), third line:

    for: "... to which the seed producer would otherwise ...",

    read: "... to which the seed grower would otherwise ...";

    and in new Article 3c(2), third line:

    for: "... aid to the producer for the species ...",

    read: "... aid to the seed grower for the species ...".
