    Corrigendum to Commission Decision 98/31/EC of 28 November 1997 approving the programme for the eradication of bovine brucellosis for 1998 presented by Ireland and fixing the level of the Community's financial contribution (Official Journal of the European Communities L 16 of 21 January 1998)

    On page 5, Article 3(1):

    for: '1. Financial participation by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs of testing and those incurred in Ireland by way of compensation for owners for the slaughter of animals up to a maximum of ECU 1 000 000.`
