Corrigendum to Council Directive 90/167/EEC of 26 March 1990 laying down the conditions governing the preparation, placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs in the Community (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 92 of 7 April 1990) On page 45 in Article 9: At the end of the first subparagraph 7 paragraph 1 delete: '. . . or destributor specially approved by the competent authority of the Member State of distination'. In the introductory words to paragraph 2, add: '. . . by the competent authority of the Member State of destination.', after '. . . for that purpose'.
