DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 153/2015
of 11 June 2015
amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2016/2188]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

(1) |
Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/411 of 11 March 2015 pursuant to Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cationic polymeric binders with quaternary ammonium compounds incorporated in paints and coatings (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/416 of 12 March 2015 approving dinotefuran as an active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 18 (2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |
|
(3) |
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/417 of 12 March 2015 approving Bacillus sphaericus 2362 serotype H5a5b, strain ABTS1743 as an active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 18 (3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(4) |
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/419 of 12 March 2015 approving tolylfluanid as an active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 21 (4) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(5) |
Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following points are inserted after point 12zzu (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/407) of Chapter XV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement:

Article 2
The texts of Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/411 and Implementing Regulations (EU) 2015/416, (EU) No 2015/417 and (EU) 2015/419 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 12 June 2015, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
