DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 132/2011
of 2 December 2011
amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) and Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Annex II to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 27/2010 of 12 March 2010 (1). |
(2) |
Annex XX to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 122/2011 of 21 October 2011 (2). |
(3) |
Commission Decision 2010/681/EU of 9 November 2010 concerning a questionnaire for Member States reports on the implementation of Council Directive 1999/13/EC on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations during the period 2011-2013 (3) is to be incorporated into the Agreement. |

Commission Decision 2010/693/EU of 22 July 2010 establishing a common format for the second report of Member States on the implementation of Directive 2004/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds (4) is to be incorporated into the Agreement, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following point shall be inserted after point 9a (Commission Decision 2007/205/EC) of Chapter XVII of Annex II to the Agreement:

32010 D 0693: Commission Decision 2010/693/EU of 22 July 2010 establishing a common format for the second report of Member States on the implementation of Directive 2004/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds (OJ L 301, 18.11.2010, p. 4).’. |
Article 2
The following point shall be inserted after point 21abd (Commission Decision 2007/531/EC) of Annex XX to the Agreement:
‘21abe. |
32010 D 0681: Commission Decision 2010/681/EU of 9 November 2010 concerning a questionnaire for Member States reports on the implementation of Council Directive 1999/13/EC on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations during the period 2011-2013 (OJ L 292, 10.11.2010, p. 65).’. |
Article 3
The texts of Decisions 2010/681/EU and 2010/693/EU in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 4
This Decision shall enter into force on 3 December 2011, provided that all the notifications pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Agreement have been made to the EEA Joint Committee (*1).
Article 5
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
