Article 122 1. Except where otherwise specified in this Act, the conditions under which the allocations made in Article 121 can be fished will remain identical to those applicable immediately prior to the entry in force of the Accession Treaty. 2. These conditions shall be fixed for the first time before 1 January 1995, in accordance with Article 8 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 3760/92.
