++++ Article 126 When the transitional period has ended , the Council , after receiving the opinion of the Commission and after consulting the Economic and Social Committee and the Assembly , may : ( a ) rule , by a qualified majority , that all or part of the assistance referred to in Article 125 shall no longer be granted ; or ( b ) unanimously determine what new tasks may be entrusted to the Fund within the framework of its terms of reference as laid down in Article 123 .
