On page 714, Article 65 (insertion of Article 18a into Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations), first paragraph, last sentence:

for:

‘The minimum (…) pension shall in no case, however, exceed …’,

read:

‘The minimum (…) pension shall be 35 % of the last basic salary; the amount of the pension shall in no case, however, exceed …’.
