Information on the signing and the provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for by the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Madagascar and the European Community

The European Union and the Republic of Madagascar signed, on 23 December 2014 in Brussels, the Protocol (1) setting out the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Madagascar and the European Community.

The Protocol accordingly applies provisionally from 1 January 2015 pursuant to Article 15 thereof.
