DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 57/2012
of 30 March 2012
amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Annex XIII to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 27/2012 of 10 February 2012 (1). |

(2) |
Commission Decision 2011/275/EU of 26 April 2011 concerning a technical specification for interoperability relating to the ‘infrastructure’ subsystem of the trans-European conventional rail system (2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following point shall be inserted after point 37df (Commission Regulation (EU) No 201/2011) of Annex XIII to the Agreement:

32011 D 0275: Commission Decision 2011/275/EU of 26 April 2011 concerning a technical specification for interoperability relating to the “infrastructure” subsystem of the trans-European conventional rail system (OJ L 126, 14.5.2011, p. 53).’. |
Article 2
The text of Decision 2011/275/EU in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 31 March 2012, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the Agreement have been made to the EEA Joint Committee (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
