    On page 92, in Article 12(2):

    for: "2. The Commission shall adopt the detailed financial rules in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999. They shall relate, in particular, to appropriate provisions to ensure compliance with budgetary discipline.",

    read: "2. The Commission shall adopt the detailed financial rules in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1258/1999. They shall relate, in particular, to appropriate provisions to ensure compliance with budgetary discipline."
