The maximum rate of the levy is currently set at EUR 49,92 per annum for each retailer/sales point. |

The proceeds from the levy vary from year to year and depend on the rate that is applied. The aid intensity is therefore annually variable; depending on the rate applied, it can range from 0 % to the maximum ceiling set at 100 %. |
