The Tribunal:

Annuls the decision of the European Commission by which Ms Fares was classified at grade 8 of function group III for contractual agents, in so far as that decision follows from Ms Fares’ contract of employment as a member of the contract staff of 28 March 2008; |

Orders the Commission to pay all of the costs. |
