    Acknowledgement of receipt of complaint No CHAP/2010/723

    1.

    The European Commission has received and registered under No CHAP/2010/723 a number of complaints about obstacles to mobility for doctors working in the public health sector in Navarra, Spain.

    2.

    Given the significant number of complaints it has received on this subject, the Commission, with a view to responding swiftly and informing those concerned while making the most economical use of its administrative resources, is publishing this acknowledgment of receipt in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the Internet at:

    3.

    The complaint is currently being examined by the Commission in the light of the Community legislation on freedom of movement for workers (Article 45 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union).

    4.

    The complainants will be informed through the same channels of the results of this examination and of the action that the Commission decides to take.
