Under Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development No 18659 of 29 March 2010, the authorisation of Progress Assicurazioni SpA, with its head office in Piazza Alberico Gentili 3, 90143 Palermo PA, ITALIA, to carry out activities in all branches has been withdrawn within the meaning of Article 245 of Legislative Decree No 209 of 7 September 2005, and compulsory liquidation laid down.
