Modification by Italy of the public service obligation in respect of scheduled air services between Crotone-Rome-Milan

In accordance with Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes, the Italian Government has decided to modify the public service obligation in respect of the scheduled air services between Crotone-Rome-Milan, published in Official Journal of the European Union C 225 of 14.9.2005, and amended in Official Journal of the European Union C 141 of 26.6.2007 and in Official Journal of the European Union C 121 of 17.5.2008.
In accordance with point 2.5(c) of the public service obligation, the fares are revised as follows:
