On 7 March 2008, the Commission of the European Communities received notification of a proposed concentration between Candover Partners Limited (‘Candover’, United Kingdom) and Bourne Leisure Holdings Limited (‘Bourne Leisure’, United Kingdom). On 28 March 2008, the notifying parties informed the Commission that they withdrew their notification.
